The Type LC supply air ceiling is based on the principle of low-turbulence displacement flow (TAV). It generates a vertical, laminar airflow that creates a controlled, low-contamination protection zone directly above the operating table. At the same time, the anesthesia area benefits from reduced pollutant exposure – an added advantage for both staff and patient safety.
