Rox (Rosenberg-Group) secures its site for the long term
Weitefeld, April 2025 – Die Rox - Klimatechnik GmbH, Mitglied der weltweit tätigen Rosenberg-Gruppe, ist ab sofort wieder Eigentümerin des bislang angemieteten Betriebsgeländes in der Langenbacherstraße 25, 57586 Weitefeld. Mit dem Rückerwerb der Immobilie stärkt das Unternehmen seinen langjährigen Produktionsstandort im Westerwald nachhaltig.
Nahezu 28 Jahre nach der Übernahme des Geländes durch die damalige Hombach Wärmetechnik GmbH befinden sich nun drei Fertigungshallen inklusive Bürogebäude wieder vollständig im Besitz von Rox-Klimatechnik. Insgesamt stehen dem Unternehmen damit rund 10.000 m² Produktionsfläche sowie ca. 1.000 m² Bürofläche zur Verfügung.
„Mit dem Erwerb schaffen wir die Grundlage für eine langfristige Planung, Investitionssicherheit und den gezielten Ausbau unseres Geschäfts am Standort Weitefeld“, so übereinstimmend Karl Rosenberg, Martin Rosenberg und Marco Fischbach.

Seit 2006 ist Rox-Klimatechnik Teil der Rosenberg-Gruppe, einem weltweit agierenden Anbieter von Ventilatoren, lufttechnischen Komponenten und Klimasystemen. Weitefeld, April 2025 – Rox-Klimatechnik GmbH, a member of the globally active Rosenberg Group, is once again the owner of its previously leased site at Langenbacherstraße 25, 57586 Weitefeld. By repurchasing the property, the company is securing its long-standing production location in the Westerwald region for the long term.
Nearly 28 years after the site was taken over by the former Hombach Wärmetechnik GmbH, three production halls including an office building are now once again fully owned by Rox-Klimatechnik. In total, the company now has around 10,000 m² of production space and approximately 1,000 m² of office space at its disposal.
“With this acquisition, we are creating the basis for long-term planning, investment security, and the targeted expansion of our business at the Weitefeld site,” said Karl Rosenberg, Martin Rosenberg, and Marco Fischbach in a joint statement.
Growth within the Group – Strength from the Region
Since 2006, Rox-Klimatechnik has been part of the Rosenberg Group, a globally active provider of fans, air technology components, and climate systems. All companies in the Rosenberg Group are now part of the Karl Rosenberg Foundation, established by Mr. Karl Rosenberg and led into the future together with, among others, Mr. Martin Rosenberg.
