Short Description

For a newly built business hotel and a multifunctional event hall in the Mülheim-Kärlich business park, Rox-Klimatechnik supplied the complete air handling equipment. A total of six units were installed to ensure maximum comfort, energy efficiency, and operational reliability – implemented in close cooperation with the plant engineering company Heuser GmbH and the design office AREA DEVELOPMENT.

Solution & Technology

• 6 HYD LC series air handling units in accordance with VDI 6022
• Air volumes from 4,000 to 15,000 m³/h
• Indoor and outdoor installation, monoblock units with direct evaporator
• External heat pumps, control cabinet & remote maintenance
• Control: DEOS via BACnet
• Empty chambers for control & electrical components in the roof area
